- Keep an updated list of who is in QBS
- Organize getting instructors to come in and teach/help us

Public Relations/ Fundraising
- Publicizing events (flyers/posters/Daniel Brown)
- Coming up with at least 5-7fundraising ideas per semester
- Putting tables in Student Center- for QBS stuff
- Create unique and eye-catching advertisements for QBS and the upcoming events planned

Treasurer
- Make sure all financials are under control (we have enough for everything we plan to spend, keeping website etc.)
- Working with fundraisers
- Figure out a working budget
- Look into getting money from SGA

- Help out current treasurer when needed
- Watch how things are done with financials
- Keep track of all important events, competitions etc and dated (most likely will be used for the website)

- Plan QBS Socials
- Plans events with other Ballroom dancing studios
- Events with other QU clubs
- Finds at least 4Ballroom Competitions for each semester
- Work with Public Relations/ Fundraising Chairs (BEST FRIENDS!)
- Need to come up with at least 2 social events the club can participate in this semester. (ex: going to a salsa club one weekend of the semester)
